THE HEARTBEAT OF MOUNTAIN

THE HEARTBEAT OF MOUNTAIN

| Malaysia Natural Oud Wood Raw Piece 187.3g
$2,500.00

Why Consider This Piece?

  • Authentic Terroir: This is pure Malaysia Oud. It carries that signature "Wild Jungle" sweetness mixed with a light medicinal cooling note that synthetic oils can never replicate.

  • Zen Aesthetic: For the Western collector, its "Wabi-Sabi" (imperfect beauty) makes it a world-class desk sculpture. It looks like a miniature mountain range.

  • Untouched Integrity: Many sellers "enhance" their wood with oil injections. This piece is laboratory-honest. What you see is exactly what nature spent 50+ years creating.

The Honest Assessment (Read Before Buying)

I believe in transparency. This is a collector’s piece, but it is not "perfect" by industrial standards. Please review these points carefully:

  • Subtle Cold Scent: This is a "shy" piece. At room temperature, the scent is woody and faint. To truly experience the honey-sweet Malaysian profile, you must shave a small sliver for a sub-burner or electric heater. It is not an "air freshener" that fills a room passively.

  • Raw Texture: Because it is 100% natural and uncleaned by chemicals, there are deep crevices containing natural wood fibers and desert-like dust. It looks like a rough rock, not a polished jewel. If you prefer "clean and shiny," you will find this too "dirty" or "raw."

  • Dry Surface: Some areas show natural wood dehydration. It doesn’t have that oily, wet "glow" throughout. It looks like ancient timber, which is its charm, but also its "flaw" to some eyes.

CULTURAL STEWARDSHIP

Rooted in Malaysian heritage. We combine traditional selection techniques with modern transparency to bring the rare liquid gold of our rainforests to the international market.

SUPPLY FRAGILITY

Aquilaria Malaccensis is a vanishing resource. We prioritize transparency over steady inventory; when the high-quality harvest runs dry, our store stays empty until the next genuine find.

What is the return policy?
Since we sell 1-of-1 (one-of-a-kind) natural agarwood and every product is documented with strictly honest photography, we do not accept returns based on personal preference. Returns are only considered if the item is significantly different from the description or damaged during transit, provided an unboxing video is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
How much are the shipping and customs duties?
All transactions are processed in USD. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight; however, please be aware that international customs duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Furthermore, as agarwood is a regulated species, your package may be subject to customs inspections, which is an unpredictable time cost we cannot control.
Can I purchase two identical agarwood pieces?
No. This is the "shortcoming" of natural agarwood: nature does not produce replicas. Every piece is a unique individual entity. We strictly forbid any deceptive displays and will never provide "identical" items just to increase sales.
When will I get my order?
Order processing typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by region. Because we insist on legal compliance and obtaining necessary permits (such as CITES), the shipping cycle may be extended. If you require "next-day delivery," the cross-border trade of natural agarwood may not meet your speed expectations.
Is your wood "Wild-harvested"?
Here is our most honest answer: unless we can trace the source origin with 100% certainty, we will never use the "Wild-harvested" label. We value the integrity of our information more than attractive marketing jargon.
