We guarantee:

-No dyeing or chemical enhancement

*Each piece is carefully selected based on its natural resin formation, aroma profile, and material integrity.

We verify each piece through internal expert evaluation, focusing on resin structure, aroma development, and natural formation characteristics.

We also support third-party authentication upon request, as genuine agarwood should be able to withstand professional verification.

Agarwood is a natural material formed over time within Aquilaria trees. Even within the same source material, resin distribution varies naturally. This results in subtle differences in aroma and grain pattern. These variations are not defects, but part of what makes each piece unique.

Most certificates in the market are brand-issued rather than independently verified.

We prioritize material integrity and transparency, and we encourage customers to perform external verification if required.

Not all agarwood sinks. Sinking depends on resin density rather than authenticity. Unless explicitly stated as “Sinking Grade,” the piece may be semi-sinking or floating.

Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delays may occur due to international logistics or regulatory inspections.

No. All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any local import duties or VAT. We provide all necessary export authorizations to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
