  • Authenticity : We guarantee the items delivered are natural agarwood products as described, free from artificial synthetic perfumes, unless otherwise noted.

Intellectual Property The "MYSOUL WOODS" brand, including all artistic product titles (e.g., "The Immortal Aves"), unique narratives, and high-resolution photography, are the exclusive intellectual property of MYSOUL GLOBAL TRADING. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or "screen-scraping" for commercial purposes will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

4. Limitation of Liability for Subjective Experience Agarwood interacts differently with various heating methods and environmental conditions. MYSOUL WOODS shall not be held liable for any "subjective dissatisfaction" regarding the scent profile, intensity, or longevity, provided the item matches the physical weight and visual description provided.

5. International Shipping, Customs & Regulatory Compliance (DDU Terms) All international transactions are conducted on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

  • Importer Responsibilities: By placing an order, you act as the Importer of Record. You are responsible for ensuring that the product complies with your local import laws and for completing all customs clearance procedures.

  • Duties & Taxes: The purchase price excludes all import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), or brokerage fees. These charges are determined by your local authorities and must be paid by you directly.

  • Documentation Support: MYSOUL WOODS will provide standard export authorizations and legal origin certifications required for international transit. We are committed to assisting you by providing the necessary documentation to facilitate customs clearance.

  • Refund Policy for Customs Issues: If a shipment is returned to us due to non-payment of taxes or lack of cooperation with customs, original shipping fees and any return-incurred costs will be deducted from any potential refund.
