It is an "Mid Incense Grade+" specimen—reliable, heavy in the hand, and saturated with enough resin to satisfy any Oud connoisseur looking for high-quality daily burning wood.

  • Premium Natural Resin : While not a "museum-grade" antique, this piece boasts a solid resin density that ensures a long-lasting, deep woody aroma when heated.

  • Aesthetic Presence : Its rugged, vertical form serves as a stunning piece of Zen-inspired decor, bringing a touch of nature’s ancient mystery to your living space.

  • Versatile Use : Ideal for direct heating (shaving/chipping), water distillation, or simply as a meditative centerpiece for your home office or altar.

Buyer’s Honest Guide:

Visuals: The product is sold as-is. What you see is a raw specimen, not a polished artifact.

Usage: Best enjoyed by shaving small pieces onto an electric burner or high-quality charcoal. Do not burn the entire piece at once.

"This is a raw, unpolished natural product. Small fragments may detach during international transit, and natural surface cracks are a sign of its authentic, untreated origin."

  • Purpose : Specifically curated for Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga, and Space Cleansing.

CULTURAL STEWARDSHIP

Rooted in Malaysian heritage. We combine traditional selection techniques with modern transparency to bring the rare liquid gold of our rainforests to the international market.

Aquilaria Malaccensis is a vanishing resource. We prioritize transparency over steady inventory; when the high-quality harvest runs dry, our store stays empty until the next genuine find.

What is the return policy?
Since we sell 1-of-1 (one-of-a-kind) natural agarwood and every product is documented with strictly honest photography, we do not accept returns based on personal preference. Returns are only considered if the item is significantly different from the description or damaged during transit, provided an unboxing video is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
How much are the shipping and customs duties?
All transactions are processed in USD. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight; however, please be aware that international customs duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Furthermore, as agarwood is a regulated species, your package may be subject to customs inspections, which is an unpredictable time cost we cannot control.
Can I purchase two identical agarwood pieces?
No. This is the "shortcoming" of natural agarwood: nature does not produce replicas. Every piece is a unique individual entity. We strictly forbid any deceptive displays and will never provide "identical" items just to increase sales.
When will I get my order?
Order processing typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by region. Because we insist on legal compliance and obtaining necessary permits (such as CITES), the shipping cycle may be extended. If you require "next-day delivery," the cross-border trade of natural agarwood may not meet your speed expectations.
Is your wood "Wild-harvested"?
Here is our most honest answer: unless we can trace the source origin with 100% certainty, we will never use the "Wild-harvested" label. We value the integrity of our information more than attractive marketing jargon.
