In line with our "Honest First" policy, please note the following limitations of this entry-level piece:

  • Natural Imperfections : This is raw wood. It has cracks, holes, and uneven ridges. If you are looking for a smooth, polished plastic-like surface, this is not for you.

  • Water Sensitivity : We do not use heavy chemical sealants to preserve the wood's breath. It hates standing water. If you spill tea, wipe it immediately or it may stain or warp.

  • Entry-Level Grade : While this is genuine Agarwood, it is an Entry-Level Grade. It has a light natural scent, but do not expect the heavy, room-filling aroma of $5,000 collector-grade Oud.

  • Color Variance : The oil distribution varies. Your piece may be lighter or darker than the studio photos. This is the mark of nature, not a defect.

What is the return policy?
Since we sell 1-of-1 (one-of-a-kind) natural agarwood and every product is documented with strictly honest photography, we do not accept returns based on personal preference. Returns are only considered if the item is significantly different from the description or damaged during transit, provided an unboxing video is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
How much are the shipping and customs duties?
All transactions are processed in USD. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight; however, please be aware that international customs duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Furthermore, as agarwood is a regulated species, your package may be subject to customs inspections, which is an unpredictable time cost we cannot control.
Can I purchase two identical agarwood pieces?
No. This is the "shortcoming" of natural agarwood: nature does not produce replicas. Every piece is a unique individual entity. We strictly forbid any deceptive displays and will never provide "identical" items just to increase sales.
When will I get my order?
Order processing typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by region. Because we insist on legal compliance and obtaining necessary permits (such as CITES), the shipping cycle may be extended. If you require "next-day delivery," the cross-border trade of natural agarwood may not meet your speed expectations.
Is your wood "Wild-harvested"?
Here is our most honest answer: unless we can trace the source origin with 100% certainty, we will never use the "Wild-harvested" label. We value the integrity of our information more than attractive marketing jargon.
