These two specimens did not begin as art. They began as a struggle. For decades in the deep Malaysian rainforest, the Aquilaria tree secreted its precious resin to protect these specific narrow pathways within its branches.

At MYSOUL WOODS, we have meticulously hand-stripped the surrounding white wood (Alnus) to reveal the "heart" of the survival. What you see is the raw, unyielding skeleton of the forest—a testament to time, resilience, and the elegance of natural defense.

The Art of Subtraction.

Unlike mass-produced oud "chunks," these pieces required a surgeon’s patience. To preserve the delicate, winding silhouette, we performed a Complete Manual Decortication. By removing the non-resinous white wood, we’ve exposed the intricate, dark-veined grain that was hidden for years.

The Honest Sensory

The surface has been lightly burnished to a Satin Finish, making the transition between the resinous veins and the wood fibers tactile and soothing to the touch.

  • Visual : A mesmerizing, fluid grain pattern that mimics the flow of ancient rivers. The contrast between the deep umber resin and the golden-brown wood is best appreciated under a macro lens or focused candlelight.

  • Olfactory (The Truth) : These are "Quiet" pieces. At room temperature, they offer a faint, ghostly hint of medicinal wood. They are not designed to perfume a room passively. However, their true soul is revealed when a tiny slire is placed on a Subism heater: expect a sharp, cooling "Green" note followed by a lingering sweetness of wild honey and moss.

What is the return policy?
Since we sell 1-of-1 (one-of-a-kind) natural agarwood and every product is documented with strictly honest photography, we do not accept returns based on personal preference. Returns are only considered if the item is significantly different from the description or damaged during transit, provided an unboxing video is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
How much are the shipping and customs duties?
All transactions are processed in USD. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight; however, please be aware that international customs duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Furthermore, as agarwood is a regulated species, your package may be subject to customs inspections, which is an unpredictable time cost we cannot control.
Can I purchase two identical agarwood pieces?
No. This is the "shortcoming" of natural agarwood: nature does not produce replicas. Every piece is a unique individual entity. We strictly forbid any deceptive displays and will never provide "identical" items just to increase sales.
When will I get my order?
Order processing typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by region. Because we insist on legal compliance and obtaining necessary permits (such as CITES), the shipping cycle may be extended. If you require "next-day delivery," the cross-border trade of natural agarwood may not meet your speed expectations.
Is your wood "Wild-harvested"?
Here is our most honest answer: unless we can trace the source origin with 100% certainty, we will never use the "Wild-harvested" label. We value the integrity of our information more than attractive marketing jargon.
